Warehouse Forklift Certification

Looking to start a career in warehouse operations or need OSHA-compliant certification for your job? Our Warehouse PIT Certification course is a one-day, hands-on training experience built for beginners. This instructor-led program covers everything from safety procedures to obstacle course practice on multiple types of powered industrial trucks.

Whether you’re pursuing sit down forklift certification, stand-up forklift certification, electric pallet jack certification, or tug truck certification, this course gives you the knowledge, confidence, and credentials to operate safely and efficiently in real warehouse environments.

Certification Includes

Safety Fundamentals

Learn key safety procedures required by OSHA 1910.178, ANSI/ITSDF B56.1, and ISO. We cover pre-operation inspections, hazard identification, proper PPE, and best practices for safe operation in active work zones.

Equipment Operation

Our Warehouse Forklift Certification course covers the full range of Class 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 trucks, including:

  • Sit-down rider forklifts
  • Stand-up forklifts
  • Electric pallet jacks
  • Tug trucks

Hands-on training includes load handling, steering and visibility, refueling and charging, rated capacity awareness, and maneuvering through real-world warehouse scenarios.

Practical Assessment

Once you’ve completed the classroom portion, you’ll apply what you’ve learned in a custom-built obstacle course that mimics real warehouse conditions. Each student will operate equipment under instructor supervision and complete a skills evaluation.

Certification

After passing both the written and hands-on evaluations, you’ll receive a Warehouse Forklift Certification card. This card is valid across job sites and industries, meeting OSHA requirements for powered industrial truck operation.
